摘要　文章从传统的内科、外科、妇产科和儿科等临床学科的发展角度对临床医学发展的前景进行预测，同时，就医学科技之迅猛发展对临床专业学科未来几十年中发展的影响以及为适应科技发展可能出现的学科重组和任务进行了探讨。并就在社会变革和科技迅速发展过程中医疗服务模式的转变进行了分析，提出未来世纪医疗服务模式的基本结构。讨论了医疗保障系统、社区医疗中心和综合医院等相互间的协调与竞争，从而为医院管理者在制定医院学科发展以及医疗服务计划时参考。

　　Abstract　In this paper,the development of clinical medicine is forecasted from the angle of such traditional clinical specialties as internal medicine, surgery, gynaecology and obstetrics, and pediatrics. It also probes into the influence of the rapid advances of the medical science and technology on the development in the next few decades of clinical specialties and the possible regrouping of specialties and tasks as a result of adaptation to the advances. It analyzes the change of the mode of medical services in the process of social transformations and rapid scientific development and discusses the coordination and competition between medical security systems, community medical centers and general hospitals. The exploration may provide reference to hospital managers who are responsible for laying out the development of a hospital’s specialties and making medical service plans.
